Isis vs Aphrodite: hormonal, skin, or sexual priorities?
Isis and Aphrodite can appear relevant to the same person for different reasons. Isis centers women’s hormonal wellness and skin-related goals. Aphrodite centers sexual wellness and reproductive health. You do not have to compress several concerns into one category or select a product before discussing them.

List hormonal, skin, sexual, and reproductive questions separately, then choose the one you most want to address first.
Give each concern its own description.
Write down what has changed, when it began, and how it affects you. If you have several concerns, describe each rather than assuming a shared cause. A skin change, a question about hormones, and a sexual-wellness concern may belong in the same conversation while still requiring different explanations or assessments.
Include relevant existing care and any reproductive plans you want the clinician to consider. You can ask which details are needed and take the discussion at a pace that feels appropriate. A collection page is only a starting point for a personal conversation.
Do not infer an indication from a wellness category.
The women’s-wellness label does not establish a treatment for menopause, a hormone deficiency, or another condition. Similarly, reproductive-health language does not establish a fertility indication. Ask what exact clinical question is being considered and how any proposed option is supported for that purpose.
Leave with priorities you understand.
A useful consultation can help you decide which issue comes first, whether separate evaluations are needed, and what alternatives to consider. If a product is discussed, ask why it is relevant to that priority rather than to the category in general. You may find that one clear question is a better starting point than trying to address every goal at once.
Make it personal
Questions worth bringing.
- Which of my concerns should we evaluate first?
- Are these questions connected or better assessed separately?
- How would current care and reproductive plans affect the discussion?
